You are welcome to self-refer and arrange a consultation. You may do so by either:

• Contact the booking teams at the clinic venues
• Email us at info@painmanagement.wales and we will contact you to arrange a suitable slot

We would appreciate if you could bring a referral letter from your GP or your specialist detailing your medical conditions and medications, at the consultation. We will send correspondence following the consultation to your GP so that continuity of care and repeat medications can be ensured.

You are very welcome to refer your patients to us. Please feel free to use any of the following to forward the referral letter and we will contact them to arrange a suitable consultation slot:

Following the consultation, a copy of the correspondence will be sent to the referring specialist, patient’s GP and the patient, usually within a week.
